Psalm 89:52 KJV Blessed be the LORD for evermore. Amen, and Amen., "Amen" is a powerful word in the King James Bible. This word should be understood so that we speak it with understanding. You can understand this word by reading the verses where the word is mentioned. To say "Amen" is to Agree with what was spoken (compare to 1 Kings 1:36), Proclaim something to be truth or desire it to come to pass (compare to Revelation 1:18 & Jeremiah 28:6), Jesus' name is "the Amen." When he speaks, the word he declares comes to pass. *'Revelation 3:14 KJV And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; God promised, "neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth." Genesis 9:11 KJV And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth., What happened? Since the days of Noah there has never been a flood to destroy the earth. God cannot lie; he is the Amen. 2 Corinthians 1:19-20 KJV, 19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us, even by me and Silvanus and Timotheus, was not yea and nay, but in him was yea. 20 For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. God has promised us eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. This promise is true. So we know whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Titus 1:2 KJV In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;, Romans 10:13 KJV For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved., Romans 6:23 KJV For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord., We can stand fast on the King James Bible because we have a God who is a God of truth. He cannot lie. All of his promises are established. There will never be a time where God gives an apology because he lied in a certain part of scripture. There will never be an error found in the King James Bible. Amen, and Amen. Deuteronomy 32:4 KJV He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he., Revelation 19:4 KJV And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia., There will be many examples given in this video study of the word "Amen". Take the time to turn in your own King James Bible and read the scriptures presented in this study.
